# Bridging THEO from Autheo Mainnet to Robinhood Chain

> Step-by-step guide to bridging THEO from Autheo Mainnet to Robinhood Chain using the Autheo Bridge, so it can be traded on Uniswap.

This guide covers moving THEO from Autheo Mainnet to Robinhood Chain. You need this step before selling or trading THEO earned from validator rewards, staking, or the Node Sale on [Uniswap](https://app.uniswap.org/), where THEO trades in the THEO/USDG and THEO/NVDA pools on Robinhood Chain. Uniswap on Robinhood Chain cannot see THEO that is still on Autheo Mainnet, so it has to arrive on Robinhood Chain first.

<Note>
  If you already hold THEO on Robinhood Chain (for example, THEO you bought on Uniswap), you can skip this guide. To trade on MEXC instead, no bridging is needed: MEXC accepts THEO deposits on Autheo Mainnet directly.
</Note>

## Requirements

| Requirement | Details |
| - | - |
| Wallet | An EVM-compatible wallet where your THEO is stored (e.g. MetaMask) |
| Gas (source) | THEO on Autheo Mainnet, to pay the source-chain gas fee |
| Gas (destination) | ETH on Robinhood Chain, to pay gas when you later trade on Uniswap |

## 1. Add Robinhood Chain and THEO to your wallet

<Steps>
  <Step title="Add Robinhood Chain">
    If Robinhood Chain is not already in your wallet, add it as a network. Use these details, or add it through Uniswap or your wallet's network list:

    | Field | Value |
    | - | - |
    | Network name | Robinhood Chain |
    | Chain ID | 4663 |
    | RPC URL | `https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com` |
    | Currency symbol | ETH |
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add THEO as a custom token">
    With **Robinhood Chain** selected, open **Manage tokens**, choose **Add a custom token**, and enter the THEO contract address:

    ```
    0x3dc751e0da01812e6d9143cc696e7f07ea94da48
    ```

    Click **Add token**.

    <Warning>
      Always verify this contract address against this page or [docs.autheo.com](https://docs.autheo.com) directly before adding it. Never trust a contract address sent to you in a message or DM.
    </Warning>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm THEO is visible">
    THEO now appears in your wallet's token list for Robinhood Chain.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## 2. Bridge THEO using the Autheo Bridge

The flow is the same as [bridging to Base](/web-apps/bridge/bridging-theo-to-base); only the destination network changes.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to the Autheo Bridge">
    Navigate to [https://hyper.autheo.com/](https://hyper.autheo.com/) and click **Connect Wallet** to connect the wallet holding your THEO.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Token Transfer tab">
    Click the **Token Transfer** tab. Keep the source network (**From**) as **Autheo Mainnet**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set the destination to Robinhood">
    The destination (**To**) defaults to **Base Mainnet**. Click it and select **Robinhood** (Robinhood Chain).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the amount and recipient">
    Enter the amount of THEO to bridge. Enter the recipient address, or click **Self** if you are bridging to the same wallet, then click **Continue**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Double-check the recipient and remote token">
    Verify the recipient address is correct. Then verify the **Remote Token** address matches `0x3dc751e0da01812e6d9143cc696e7f07ea94da48` before you send.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign the transaction">
    Confirm the transaction request in your wallet.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Bridging complete">
    Once the bridge completes, your THEO is on Robinhood Chain and ready to trade on Uniswap. Most transfers complete within a few minutes. You can follow progress in [Transfer history](/web-apps/bridge/transfer-history).
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  The route also works in reverse. To move THEO from Robinhood Chain back to Autheo Mainnet (for example, to deposit it on MEXC), set **From** to **Robinhood** and **To** to **Autheo Mainnet**.
</Tip>

<Warning>
  The Bridge enforces geographic compliance restrictions. Users in certain jurisdictions may be unable to access the service.
